Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Fitch Technologies LLC for using QR Generator by Fitch, its dashboard, redirect links and hosted pages.
Last updated 28 September 2026
1. About these terms
QR Generator by Fitch (the "Service") is provided by Fitch Technologies LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, whose address is Boulevard Plaza, Tower 1, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us").
These terms apply when you use the free generator, create an account, buy a plan or credits, or use our redirect domain qrgopro.com and the pages hosted on it. By using the Service you accept these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Refund Policy and our Cookie Notice. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organisation.
2. The Service
The free generator makes static QR codes in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us.
With an account you can also create dynamic codes, whose destination you can change after printing, hosted pages, analytics and the other features of your plan. Dynamic codes and hosted pages work only while the Service runs them: if a code is paused, expires, is deleted or is suspended, it stops redirecting.
We may change or improve the Service. If we remove a feature that is part of a paid plan you are subscribed to, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel under our Refund Policy.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account. Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by people you invite to it.
Tell us straight away at customercare@fitchtechnologies.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
4. Plans, prices and VAT
Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly as you choose when you subscribe. Prices are shown in US dollars or UAE dirhams and include VAT, currently 5% in the UAE, where it applies. Payment is taken by our payment processor, Stripe, at the start of each billing period.
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can change plan, or switch between monthly and yearly billing, from your dashboard; Stripe credits the unused part of your current period against the new one. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. Our Refund Policy gives a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, whether you pay monthly or yearly.
Plan limits, such as the number of dynamic codes, hosted pages or custom domains, are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard. If you move to a plan with lower limits, features beyond the new limits are switched off, not deleted, and come back if you upgrade again.
We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.
One-time credit purchases are described in our Refund Policy. Credits pay for one-off work, such as processing rows beyond a plan's import limit, and never buy ongoing features.
5. The Free plan
The Free plan includes a small number of dynamic codes as a one-time trial. They stop redirecting after the period shown in your dashboard. Deleting a trial code, or letting it expire, does not give it back. No card is needed for a free trial, and nothing is charged when it ends. Free features may change at any time.
6. Your content
You keep all rights in the destinations, pages, images, files and other content you put on the Service ("your content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display and transmit your content only as needed to run the Service for you.
You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it. Your content must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
Hosted pages may collect information from visitors through forms. For that information you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Retargeting pixels and tracking
Some plans let you add retargeting pixels from Meta, Google or TikTok to your codes and hosted pages. When a visitor scans such a code or opens such a page, those companies' scripts run in the visitor's browser on qrgopro.com and may set their own cookies and collect data about the visitor.
You decide whether to use pixels, and you are solely responsible for doing so lawfully: giving visitors any notice, getting any consent your audience's laws require, and complying with the pixel providers' own terms. We do not set cookies for your pixels and we do not decide how the providers use the data. See our Cookie Notice.
8. Acceptable use, suspension and takedowns
You must not use the Service for phishing, malware, spam, fraud or anything else our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits. We check destinations against Google Web Risk and may refuse links that are listed as unsafe.
We may pause or remove content, disable codes or suspend accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that put visitors, us or others at risk. Where we can, we tell you why and how to appeal. The process is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Custom domains
If you connect your own domain, you confirm that you control it. You are responsible for its DNS records and renewal. If the domain stops pointing to us, or lapses, codes printed with it will stop working.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may carry out maintenance, and events outside our control can cause outages. Keep your own copies of important content.
11. Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and the QR Generator by Fitch and Fitch names and marks belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the Service, not ownership of it. QR codes you generate are yours to use freely.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period, or USD 100 if that is more.
The free generator is provided as it is. Check that a code scans correctly before you print it.
13. Ending these terms
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may end these terms or your access if you seriously or repeatedly break them, or if we stop offering the Service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice where we can and refund any prepaid amount for the period after the Service ends.
When your account closes, your dynamic codes stop redirecting and your hosted pages go offline. We delete or anonymise your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in your dashboard at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the updated terms apply.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also have rights to bring proceedings where you live.
Before starting proceedings, please contact us at customercare@fitchtechnologies.com so that we can try to resolve the issue.
These terms are published in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
